Megan McCormick, a third year student at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts (ALRA) will perform a scene from The Comedy of Errors as part of the fifth annual Sam Wanamaker Festival on March 21.
Megan, aged 21, said: "This opportunity is so amazing and I cannot wait to perform at such a wonderful venue.
"I was first asked to take part in the project after auditioning in front of my course director and head of voice.
"As competition is so high, I only dared to dream I might get the chance and when I did it was a dream come true.
"I have always been passionate about Shakespearean text and fell in love with the beauty of the language at an early age.
"To get the chance to play this language at the Globe is just unbelievable."
Megan, a former Friary High School pupil, will perform in front of an audience of casting agents, artistic directors, friends, family and the public.
And the actress will be joined by other students from 22 of the country's leading drama schools.
In time-honoured Globe tradition, the festival will end with the young actors and actresses dancing a specially-choreographed jig.
Megan will also participate in a weekend of classes, lectures and workshops at the Globe which explore language, music and speaking.
The Sam Wanamaker Festival is inspired by the Globe's founder, the actor Sam Wanamaker.
He worked for the last 23 years of his life to rebuild the theatre on the banks of the River Thames.
Clive Duncan, co-director of ALRA, said: "Nothing can top the kudos of stepping out on to the stage at the Globe and seeing that incredible space.
"Students put hours of extra time into rehearsing for the festival, on top of the long days that are already a feature of acting training."
